2. Premium
During the period shown on the purchase screen, Dump Premium plans may provide benefits such as:
- extra storage,
- AI credits,
- boost/promotion allowance,
- advanced features,
- special themes or media functions,
- a yearly recap.
A feature not shown on the purchase screen is not considered an essential part of Premium.
3. Price
Before paying, the user sees:
- the total price,
- the price including taxes,
- the length of the period,
- automatic renewal,
- the free trial, if any.
4. Automatic Renewal
Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, the subscription may renew automatically at the end of the period.
The user can turn off renewal in the App Store/Google Play subscription settings.
5. AI Credits
A Premium plan may include a certain number of AI credits.
If credits renew on a calendar-month basis (for example on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC), this is also clearly shown on the purchase screen.
Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, unused credits do not carry over to the next period.
AI credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Boost / Promotion
A Premium plan may give users a certain number of boosts.
A boost does not guarantee that:
- the content will be published automatically,
- it will get a certain number of views,
- it will gain a certain number of followers.
Dump may reject a boost request for editorial, legal or community safety reasons.
A rejected boost is not considered used and is returned to the user's account.
If a boost is accepted and applied, it is considered used.
7. Right of Withdrawal
A user who is a consumer has the right of withdrawal granted by distance contract law.
For service contracts, the withdrawal period is, as a rule, 14 days from the date the contract is formed.
Legal exceptions for services performed instantly online, intangible goods delivered instantly, or services whose performance starts within the withdrawal period with the consumer's approval apply only if the conditions in the law are met.
A service being “digital” does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal.
If an exception to the right of withdrawal is relied on, the user is clearly informed before purchase and the necessary approval is obtained.
8. Refunds
The technical refund of a purchase made through Apple or Google can be handled through the relevant store.
Nevertheless, the store system does not remove liabilities Dump may have under mandatory consumer law.
9. Defective Service
If the purchased service:
- is not provided at all,
- is materially incomplete,
- a promised core feature does not work,
the consumer's rights under mandatory law are reserved.
10. Plan Changes
Premium's contents may change for the future.
If there is a material change to the user's detriment, the user is informed a reasonable time in advance.
11. Price Increases
A new price does not apply retroactively to a period already paid for.
Before renewal, the user is informed in line with the applicable store and consumer rules.
12. Account Deletion
Deleting a Dump account may not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.
Where possible, an active subscription is detected on the account deletion screen and the user is warned separately.
13. Pre-Contract Information
Before payment, the following are clearly shown to the user:
- the provider,
- features,
- price,
- renewal,
- cancellation,
- withdrawal,
- digital functionality,
- AI credits,
- boost terms.
