1. General Principle
Dump aims to build a safe community while protecting freedom of expression.
Content is not removed merely because it is uncomfortable or critical.
2. Child Sexual Abuse
Content involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, sextortion or sexualization of children is strictly prohibited.
3. Non-Consensual Intimate Content
Sharing, or threatening to share, a person's:
- nude,
- intimate,
- sexual
images without their consent is prohibited.
AI/deepfake content is also covered.
4. Harassment and Stalking
Using Dump for:
- persistent unwanted contact,
- threats,
- targeting,
- physical stalking,
- location tracking
is prohibited.
5. Doxxing
Another person's:
- home address,
- phone number,
- identity information,
- private location,
- private communication records
may not be published unlawfully.
6. Violence and Threats
Serious threats of violence against real people and calls to commit crimes are prohibited.
7. Hate Speech
Calls to violence, dehumanization or severe discrimination against people because of protected personal characteristics are not allowed.
8. Terrorist and Violent Extremist Organizations
No:
- propaganda,
- recruitment,
- financing,
- operational support
may be provided for terrorist organizations.
News, academic, documentary or critical contexts are assessed separately.
9. Fraud
- fake investments,
- phishing,
- fake payments,
- impersonation,
- financial fraud
are prohibited.
10. Illegal Products and Services
Selling, or acting as an intermediary for, products or services contrary to the law is prohibited.
11. Dangerous Activities
Content encouraging others to imitate behaviour that carries a risk of serious injury or death may be restricted.
A dump being on the Platform does not mean that the route or activity is safe.
12. Private Property and Restricted Areas
To create dumps, users may not:
- enter private property without permission,
- enter restricted military/security areas,
- unlawfully access closed areas.
13. Self-Harm
Content that encourages self-harm or teaches methods may be removed.
Content seeking support, about recovery or raising awareness is assessed in context.
14. Intellectual Property
Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights is prohibited.
15. Impersonation
No one may pose as another person or organization to defraud or mislead.
Parody and fan accounts must be clearly labelled.
16. AI and Deepfakes
Synthetic media that could give the impression of a real person must be clearly labelled where there is a risk of misleading.
17. Sponsored Content
Content published in return for an economic benefit must carry “Ad”, “Collaboration”, “Sponsored” or an equivalent clear disclosure.
18. Manipulative Engagement
No one may use bots, fake accounts or organized systems to manipulate:
- likes,
- followers,
- views,
- XP,
- rankings.
19. Enforcement
Dump may apply:
- warnings,
- reach limits,
- content removal,
- boost rejection,
- feature restrictions,
- temporary suspension,
- account closure.
Where appropriate, the user may request a new review.
