1. General
Dump respects intellectual property, personality rights and the privacy of private life.
For the content users upload to the Platform, Dump is a hosting provider (yer sağlayıcı) under Turkish Law No. 5651.
The notices on this page can be sent without an account through the online content notice form or by e-mail to [email protected]. The form asks for the name/trade name, e-mail, an optional phone number, the capacity (rights holder or representative), the subject of the notice (copyright, personality rights/private life or other unlawful content), the content addresses and a description; the notifier declares that the information is correct and that they hold the right or are authorized to act for the rights holder.
When a notice is received, an acknowledgement e-mail with a reference code is sent to the notifier. Notices are answered within 24 hours at the latest. The decision and the next steps (removal of the content, rejection of the notice with reasons, or a counter-notice) are sent to the same e-mail address.
Personal data shared in a notice is processed under the KVKK Privacy Notice.
2. Copyright Infringement
The rights holder or their representative can apply with the following information:
- name/trade name,
- contact details,
- ownership of the rights,
- the work,
- the reported content/URL,
- a description of the infringement,
- supporting documents, if any.
Application: the online content notice form or [email protected]
Applications are assessed under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works (FSEK) and other applicable law.
Notice-and-takedown procedures under Additional Article 4 of FSEK are reserved.
3. Copied Dumps
A dump being open to the Platform's copy feature does not mean that content infringing third parties' copyright can be freely reused.
The rights holder can apply about the source content and about each copy.
4. Counter-Notice
A user whose content was removed can send a counter-notice to [email protected] and request a new review by explaining:
- the removed content,
- their right to use it,
- the license, if any,
- why the decision is wrong.
A user whose content was removed is told the reason for and the basis of the removal, unless there is a legal or security reason against it.
The counter-notice is reviewed and may be forwarded to the person who sent the notice. A counter-notice does not mean that the content will be republished automatically; the parties' right to go to court is reserved.
5. Trademarks
A trademark owner can apply with:
- registration details,
- authority,
- the reported content.
6. Personality Rights
A person who believes their personality rights have been infringed can apply to Dump through the online content notice form or [email protected] with:
- the URL/content,
- the right infringed,
- the action requested.
These applications are answered within 24 hours at the latest.
Dump's application mechanism does not limit the person's judicial rights under the Turkish Civil Code, the Code of Obligations and other laws.
Legal remedies that are no longer in force are not presented to users as current rights.
7. Private Life
Applicable provisions of Law No. 5651 on the privacy of private life and other legal remedies are reserved.
8. Non-Consensual Intimate Images
Reports of non-consensual intimate/sexual content are reviewed with priority.
9. Child Safety
Reports concerning child abuse are handled with urgent priority.
10. Personal Data/Doxxing
Unlawful sharing of personal information can also be reported.
11. Repeated Intellectual Property Infringement
In cases of serious or repeated intellectual property infringement, the account may be restricted temporarily or permanently.
12. Bad-Faith Reports
Knowingly false infringement reports must not be sent.
Appropriate measures may be taken against abuse of the reporting mechanisms.
13. United States and European Union
If a separate application procedure is required under the DMCA or the DSA, that procedure will be published separately for the relevant region.
